Caregiving is the most difficult job. Whether you have always been the caregiver in your family or you suddenly found yourself holding the short stick, it is a long journey with so many unexpected twists and turns. Unfortunately, the caregiver often gets so busy taking care of their family member that they forget to take care of themselves. Caregiver SOS is the first in a series of short courses to help caregivers avoid burnout.
